verbal changes.
It is
very important, as you should know, to memorize the verbs to handle properly
the different changes is the reported speech. In a few words we can say that:
✔ If the verbs is in present tense, you use past
tense.
Ing form and present perfect tense are inclueded
tense.

are: was- were.
Have-
has: had.
Go- goes:
went.
Hit-
hits: hit.
Example.

✔ If the verbs is in past

question, “asked” is used instead of “said” and the interrogative form changes
